Each engagement is handled according to an agreed scope. If a request requires a licensed attorney, CPA, financial adviser, or another regulated professional outside our stated service, we will not present our assistance as a substitute for that professional service.

Policies
Clear terms before payment.
These policies explain the baseline rules for services purchased directly from MATERRA GROUP LLC. A written service agreement may add project-specific terms.
Payment, cancellation, and refund policy
Unless a written quote states otherwise, 50% of the service fee is due before work begins and the remaining 50% is due when the agreed work is completed and before final deliverables are released.
The initial payment becomes non-refundable once work has begun because it reserves capacity and covers work performed. A cancellation received before work begins may be eligible for a refund, less non-refundable processing fees and any authorized costs already incurred. Completed services and delivered work are non-refundable except where required by law. If MATERRA GROUP LLC cancels an engagement before completing the agreed work, any unearned service fees will be refunded.
Government filing fees, third-party charges, platform fees, and other outside costs are separate from MATERRA GROUP LLC service fees and are subject to the third party's rules.
Terms of service
Scope and client responsibilities
Services are limited to the written scope accepted by the client. Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and for reviewing all deliverables before using or submitting them.
Tax preparation responsibilities
Tax returns are prepared from information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of that information and for reviewing and approving the return before filing. Tax preparation does not include legal representation, audit defense, or a guaranteed refund or tax outcome unless a separate written engagement expressly says otherwise.
No guaranteed outcome
Payment is for the work described, not for a guaranteed business, financial, banking, tax, immigration, licensing, or government outcome. Decisions made by third parties remain outside MATERRA GROUP LLC's control.
Professional limitations
MATERRA GROUP LLC does not act as an attorney, CPA, financial adviser, or government agency unless a written engagement expressly identifies a properly licensed professional. General business and administrative information is not legal or investment advice.
Disputes and chargebacks
Clients should contact info@materragroupllc.com first so we can review billing or service concerns. Filing a payment dispute does not change the parties' written service terms.
Effective date
These terms are effective October 1, 2026 and may be updated for future purchases. The version accepted at the time of purchase applies to that engagement.
Privacy policy
MATERRA GROUP LLC collects information clients provide, such as names, contact details, business information, service requests, communications, and payment-related records. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment providers; MATERRA GROUP LLC does not request card numbers by email.
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, maintain business and tax records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, process payments, deliver services, or comply with law.
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email info@materragroupllc.com. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. This policy is effective September 15, 2026.
